Solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia T-411/19.
El Gerente de Defensa Judicial de Colpensiones argumentó la violación del debido proceso por desconocimiento del precedente constitucional en materia de la sostenibilidad financiera del Sistema General de Pensiones establecido en los fallos C-258/13 y SU.230/15.
Luego de concluir que la nulidad invocada no cumple el requisito de procedencia de contar con la carga argumentativa necesaria para entrar a estudiar de fondo alguna de las causales invocadas, le Corte decidió RECHAZARLA.
